  • Identify, prioritize, and lead cross-functional cost-reduction and process-optimization initiatives across internal and external logistics spend, including packaging design, routing optimization, mode selection, and end-to-end process improvements.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering teams to align logistics strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless support for new product introductions, production ramps, and project launches.
  • Collaborate with Global Compliance, Customs, Tax, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure full adherence to all regulatory, customs, brokerage, duty, Incoterms, and trade compliance requirements while proactively identifying opportunities to reduce landed costs and streamline processes.
  • Develop, document, and institutionalize best practices for internal logistics operations, product flow optimization, packaging specifications, and material handling systems to drive consistency, safety, and efficiency across the organization.
  • Prepare, manage, and own the annual logistics budget for all inbound and outbound transportation spend, including forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex logistics issues, leading root-cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and driving accountability with both carriers and internal stakeholders to minimize disruption and improve long-term performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs.
  • 5+ years of experience leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
  • 5+ years of proven people management experience, including leading, developing, and supporting logistics teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex international and domestic inbound and outbound logistics networks, fulfillment networks, or global transportation operations.
