Job Purpose / Overview
  • You will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of data for inbound shipments.

Job Duties / Essential Functions
  • Timely and accurate input of information required to coordinate shipment movement from foreign origin to domestic destination.
  • Timely and accurate input of data to prepare Importer Security Filings.
  • Efficient tracking of freight both online and via phone communication channels.
  • Timely upload and review of inbound documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure efficient and timely data entry to meet processing targets and deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Regular audits of entered data to maintain data integrity and identify any discrepancies.
  • Completion of departmental and/or customer account-specific tasks as requested by managers.
  • Contribution to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
