Job Description

The Inbound Sales Representative converts inbound leads into engaged delivery partners by conducting consultative sales conversations, managing the onboarding process, and supporting the growth of a delivery partner program. This role focuses on qualifying prospective partners, clearly articulating program value, and guiding them through each step from initial interest to activation while consistently meeting key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads from prospective delivery partners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, business models, and goals.
  • Clearly present the value proposition of the delivery partner program and address questions or concerns.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their fit for the program.
  • Guide partners through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into the program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead status, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects, follow up on leads, and move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Manage multiple leads simultaneously while prioritizing outreach and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with leadership by providing feedback on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to support overall sales and program objectives.
  • Use sales enablement platforms and CRM tools to organize workflows, track performance, and improve efficiency.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience.
  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls in a sales or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort with making a high volume of calls and consistently engaging new prospects.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and their use in managing the sales process.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Work Environment

This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, with three days per week in the office and the remaining time worked remotely. The role relies heavily on phone-based communication and CRM systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms, to manage leads and track activities. Team members work in a professional office setting when onsite and collaborate closely with colleagues and leadership to meet shared performance goals.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
