To thrive as an Inbound Insurance Sales representative, you need strong communication skills, active listening abilities, and a solid understanding of insurance products, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant licensure. Persistence, resilience, and a customer-focused attitude are standout soft skills in this position. These skills are crucial to effectively convert inquiries into sales and provide accurate, trustworthy guidance to clients.
