Weโ€™re looking for a consultative, customer-focused salesperson who can guide homeowners through the transition to smarter, cleaner home energy.

Youโ€™ll work directly with prospective customers, helping them understand the companyโ€™s technology, determine whether their home is a good fit, and guide them through the buying process from initial qualification through close.

This is a handsโ€‘on sales role with responsibility for conversion and revenue targets, while delivering a high-quality, whiteโ€‘glove customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Own the sales process from qualified lead through closed deal
  • Engage with prospective customers by phone, email, chat, video consultation, and other digital channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and determine basic home and installation eligibility
  • Explain technical products and concepts in clear, simple, compelling terms
  • Guide customers through product options, pricing, compatibility, installation expectations, deposits, and payments
  • Build trust throughout the buying process and deliver a premium customer experience
  • Meet or exceed lead conversion and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
  • Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information within the CRM
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of the companyโ€™s sales processes
Must Have Skills:
  • 4โ€“7 years of experience in customer-facing sales, inside sales, retail advisory, or a similar consultative sales environment
  • Proven ability to convert inbound or qualified leads into sales
  • Experience selling consumer technology, premium products, or home services
  • Experience in solar, HVAC, EV charging, home energy, or related industries is particularly relevant
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain new or technical concepts simply
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and evolving sales processes
  • Strong emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fastโ€‘paced, highโ€‘growth environment
