We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We're looking for someone with a positive, professional attitude who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll answer inbound service requests, make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments, coordinate technician schedules, and help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while keeping multiple priorities on track.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a friendly and professional manner

  • Make outbound calls to return messages and schedule maintenance appointments

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatching for service technicians

  • Assist field technicians with administrative needs, including payment processing, customer information lookups, and appointment rescheduling

  • Create, update, and maintain accurate customer records in our service management system

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (phone or in-person)

  • 1+ year of scheduling experience

  • Dispatching experience preferred

  • Computer proficient; experience with Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan is a plus

  • Parts warranty experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Positive attitude and professionalism, especially in challenging situations

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize throughout the day

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
