Call Center Member Services Representative
SNI Companies is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Member Services Representative to support our client's Pembroke Pines location. This role serves as the first point of contact for members calling in with questions, concerns, and service needs. If you are a natural communicator who stays calm under pressure and loves problem-solving, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of inbound member calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Listen to member needs and direct them to the appropriate department or team member for resolution
  • Provide clear, accurate information regarding account services, products, and general inquiries
  • Step in to assist with teller duties in the absence of the teller, ensuring branch continuity
  • Maintain thorough documentation of member interactions within internal systems
  • Uphold the organization's standards for member satisfaction on every interaction
Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience is required, call center or financial services background a plus
  • Cash handling experience is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
