Job description


We are looking for dependable individuals to join our team as a Call Center Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

What youll do:

  • The majority of your day will be outbound calls generating interest to schedule a free consultation with one of our sales representatives.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, providing information, and scheduling free consultations.
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer data in our system.
  • Document call details and maintain organized records.
  • Follow established procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

What were looking for:

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day.
  • Accurate data entry and basic computer skills. (Word/Excel)
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • Consistent attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.

Hours:

  • Monday Thursday 9:00am 5:30pm
  • Friday 9:00am 2:00pm
