Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Location: Carmel, IN
Duration: 12 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Schedule (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Compensation: $1,200 – $1,600 Weekly (Traveler Rate)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join a dynamic cardiovascular and interventional team. This role is responsible for assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures, operating advanced imaging and procedural equipment, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety throughout all procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, interventional cardiology, and vascular procedures.
  • Perform circulating duties and provide conscious sedation support in accordance with facility policies and scope of practice.
  • Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies before cases.
  • Operate and maintain specialized imaging and procedural equipment used in cardiac and interventional procedures.
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of procedural activities and patient information.
  • Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection prevention and patient safety standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with emergency procedures and STEMI call coverage as required.

  • Experience with circulating procedures and conscious sedation required.

  • Excellent patient assessment and monitoring skills.
