Job Description
Job Title: Cath Lab Tech
Profession: Radiology / Cardiology
Specialty: Interventional Radiology

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab.
Proficiency in embolization, coiling, ablations, and implants (ports, pacemakers, ICDs).
Skilled in Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotoblator, laser, and thrombectomy devices.
Must be experienced in STEMI care with a focus on FTB/DTB < 60 minutes.
Capable of performing peripheral and EP procedures.
License:
Temporary license required (must apply within 48 hours of signing).
Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), and LSRTBE state license.
Must-Have:
Work independently and confidently in all CCL procedures.
Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset.
Willing to share expertise and support colleagues.
Description:
The unit performs cardiac, peripheral, vascular (diagnostic & interventional), EP, and IR procedures.
Advanced equipment such as Impella, IABP, Inari, EKOS, Angiojet, Rotoblator, Shockwave, and Diamondback is utilized.
Imaging equipment includes Siemens and Cannon labs.
High efficiency achieved in Code STEMI team with best System D2B times.
Daily average workload includes 6 procedures.
Staffing includes shifts of 8 to 10 hours covering 5 days per week.
Weekend coverage required every other weekend.
On-call duties involve up to 3 times per week and every other weekend.
All staff must reside and respond within 30 minutes for on-call duties.
The lab expects candidates to be comfortable managing emergency events as assigned.
Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in specialized skills related to CCL functions.
Candidates must be team players who prioritize patient care and safety.
The facility emphasizes a commitment to training and support for all team members.
