Job description

PTA – Physical Therapist Assistant

Rio Grande Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in La Jara, Colorado, is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its rehabilitation therapy team. This opportunity offers a consistent 5 × 8-hour day shift schedule in a private healthcare setting. The PTA will support patient rehabilitation services and work as part of a collaborative care team focused on delivering quality therapy and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate should have an active Colorado PTA license or compact license eligibility and hold a current BLS certification. Candidates must also be comfortable working within the facility's productivity expectations and maintaining a 90% productivity requirement. If the 90% productivity standard is not met, the compensation rate may be reduced by 10%.
