Job description

Be part of Fairbanksโ€™ premier gold mining attraction, where history comes to life. In this role, youโ€™ll work closely with the President of Gold Dredge 8 to enhance visitor satisfaction and support daily operations throughout the attraction, including tours, the gift shop, train station, and outdoor grounds.

Youโ€™ll oversee all aspects of gift shop operations, including merchandise selection, inventory management, visual displays, and sales performance. Youโ€™ll also recruit, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on efficiency, teamwork, and guest engagement, youโ€™ll play a key role in preserving and sharing Alaskaโ€™s rich gold mining heritage.

Salary and Benefits:
$90,000โ€“$110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, profit sharing, and flexible time off.
