Delivery Driver Responsibilities - What You Will Do

As a Delivery Driver and Courier with Rising Tide Logistics, you will start and end each day at our warehouse in Bordentown and deliver packages throughout the Greater Bordentown area. Here is what a day looks like for a Non CDL Driver on our team:

  • Report to the warehouse location each morning for delivery route assignment and vehicle inspection
  • Load your delivery vehicle at the warehouse with packages assigned to your route
  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle while obeying all traffic laws as a professional Driver
  • Follow your navigated delivery route using a company-provided handheld device
  • Complete all delivery stops on your route — delivering packages to homes, apartments, and businesses
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery stop as a reliable Courier
  • Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout your delivery route
  • Unload any undelivered packages & return to the warehouse to complete end-of-day procedures
  • Work independently on the road as a Non CDL Delivery Driver while staying connected with a supportive team
Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements - No CDL Required

You do not need a commercial license to be a Delivery Driver with us. Here is what you need:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid state Driver's license
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Delivery Driver team
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the warehouse location
  • Clean driving record preferred
