Transitions Counseling Services is hiring compassionate, dedicated clinicians to provide in school counseling to students across our partnering public school districts. If you love working with kids and teens, value autonomy, and want to be part of a supportive and genuinely fun team, we would love to hear from you!
About the Role
As an in school counselor, you will provide individual counseling to students during the school day, working closely and collaboratively with school counselors and staff to support each student's success. Positions are available serving students from elementary age through high school.
Some evening and weekend hours are required to conduct family sessions, parent meetings, intake assessments, and treatment planning update sessions. Outside of school hours, your schedule is flexible and autonomous, so you can build it in the way that works best for you and the families you serve.
Where You Will Work
We are currently seeking counselors to provide services in one or a combination of districts and/or schools including North Attleboro, Mansfield, Medway, and Bellingham. Some travel between districts and between school buildings is part of the role, and reliable transportation is required.
Who We Are Looking For
Independently licensed clinicians (LICSW or LMHC), or
Provisionally licensed clinicians with a master's degree in social work or counseling who are working toward independent licensure
Experience with children and adolescents preferred
Comfort with documentation and electronic health records (we use SimplePractice)
A collaborative, warm, and student centered approach
Compensation and Benefits
$35 to 75 per clinical session, reflective of licensure level and whether the role is full time or part time
Free clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians
Full time positions are eligible for medical and dental insurance
