Compensation: From $22.00-$24.00 per hour + Base Salary $40,000–$45,000 annually + Tiered Commission Structure

What You’ll Do

  • Handle sales calls, emails, and lead generation (including cold calls and follow-ups).
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including promotions, OEM/ODM, and big-box retailer development (Lowe’s, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales or a similar role (cold calling preferred).
  • Education: Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Languages: Fluent English required; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude.


Compensation & Commission Plan

  • Base Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually.
  • Commission Structure (Progressive Tier):
  • $1,000,000 in sales → $5,000 commission
  • $2,000,000 in sales → $18,000 commission
  • $3,000,000 in sales → $35,000 commission
  • $5,000,000 in sales → $75,000 commission
  • Commission reduces on existing customer renewals after the first year, encouraging new business development.
  • Total Compensation Potential: $50,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on performance.
