Job Summary
With the Storm Season quickly approaching, We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Generator/LP Gas Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving people and assisting them in preparing for emergency situations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Sales and Lead Generation, particularly in the area of Home Improvements. This commissioned position provides a generous commission plan along with a lucrative bonus opportunity. The successful candidate will be provided 3 retail stores to partner with for lead generation, (Costco in the Villages, the Lowes store in Mount Dora along with the Lowes Store in Leesburg. In addition to retail store leads, the company will provide organically generated leads from the marketing territory. All appointments are booked by our call center and are fully price and product qualified at the time the appointment is set.
Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the benefits of a Whole House Generator.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide tailored proposals.
  • Train and educate store associates on how to generate leads
  • Market directly to consumers for generator services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Home Improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • 1+ years of previous experience in residential sales.
