As a Server, you'll have the opportunity to create exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests. Your role is to provide top-notch service, offering your extensive knowledge of our menu and making delightful recommendations. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure tables are beautifully presented and clean. Responsibilities:

Responsabilités :

  • Fournir un service de qualité supérieure et maximiser la satisfaction des clients.
  • Connaître en détail tous les produits du menu.
  • Faire des recommandations et répondre aux demandes de renseignements concernant les produits du menu.
  • Prendre les commandes des clients et servir les aliments et les boissons.
  • Débarrasser et nettoyer les tables.

  • Faire le solde de la caisse à la fin de chaque quart de travail.

Exigences :

  • Être bilingue et avoir 18 ans ou plus
  • Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien.
  • Expérience professionnelle préalable en tant que serveur/serveuse requise.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation.
  • Vous devez être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée de votre quart de travail.
  • Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
  • Solide connaissance du vin et de la cuisine italienne, incluant une expertise dans les recommandations d’accords mets-vins et les techniques culinaires traditionnelles, afin d’offrir une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle à nos clients.
