Are you passionate about delivering high-quality dining experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment? If you take pride in your craft and want to be part of a team that values quality and hard work, then Alyeska Resort is the place for you!
We're looking for Server professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska.
What You'll Do
As a Server you'll play an essential role in daily operations and maintaining the high level of service that our guests expect with their dining experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Greet guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
  • Learns menu items and daily specials.
  • Working knowledge of spirits, beer and wines.
  • Writes order on check and enters ordered items in RTP system.
  • Serves courses from kitchen and bar.
  • Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
  • Assist in preparation of some items, as determined by Outlet Chef and Outlet Manager.
  • Clears and resets counters and/or tables at conclusion of each course, arrange table setting.

What We Need
  • Obtain a valid TAPS Card.
