Quality Control Inspector **SIGN-ON BONUS**

Our Brea, CA is looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their team! As our QC Inspector, you will perform a variety of dimensionaland visual inspections checks and tests for machine parts.

Location: Brea, CA

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00

Your Challenge:

  • Inspect, audit, measure, and functionally test products or materials, parts, subassemblies, and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using specification sheets, gauges, and standards

  • Perform Inspection of incoming products to ensure proper paperwork is received and parts conform to specifications, engineering and purchase order requirements

  • Perform in-process inspection of parts being manufactured

  • Perform pre-shipment inspections

  • Able to interpret and read engineering drawings, company and customer specifications to ensure accurate part manufacturing

  • Perform product and process audits for in process conformance to drawings/specification on large and small machined products, weldments, assemblies, and individual manufactured components

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3+ years of hands-on machine shop inspection experience required.

  • Knowledge and experience within the field of Quality (ISO, Gage Calibration, Metrology, GD&T).

  • Ability to use inspection equipment; such as: Surface Plate, Height Gage, Comparator, Hand tools, Attribute gages, etc.

  • Ability to perform detailed review of documentation/certification to requirements.

  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
