Job Overview

Enviro-Tech Systems is seeking two motivated and mechanically skilled Offshore Field Technicians to join our Field Operations team. This role is responsible for installing, repairing, assembling, disassembling, and troubleshooting industrial process water equipment in offshore environments.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, oil & gas industry experience, and the ability to work independently in demanding field conditions. This position requires offshore travel, availability for overtime and weekend work, and participation in a 24-hour on-call rotation to support customer needs.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
  • Install, repair, and maintain industrial process water equipment in offshore environments.
  • Assemble, disassemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to advanced levels.
  • Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) prior to beginning work.
  • Inspect equipment and components to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and product specifications.
  • Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Utilize company systems and databases to complete service records and reporting.
  • Assist in developing job action plans with customers onsite when required.
  • Perform work assignments to the highest quality standards.
  • Respond to emergency service calls and participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and offshore safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned within the physical constraints of the role.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of equipment repair and maintenance experience in a mechanical or quality-controlled environment.
  • Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
  • Associate Degree (2-year) preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
  • Ability to read and complete service documentation accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Physical ability to respond immediately to emergency situations.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TWIC card and travel offshore.
  • Must be receptive to and able to comprehend training on process water equipment.
  • Availability for overtime, weekends, holidays, and 24-hour on-call rotation as required.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft suite) preferred.
