Job description

Position Summary: Oversee timekeeping functions and submission/filing of all SLED paperwork.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain personnel files relating to SLED paperwork and initial officer training
  • Prepare and submit appropriate forms for all SLED related paperwork in timely manner
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Oversee and review all student timesheets for accuracy
  • Manage Access database

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of standard office and managerial practices
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Suite
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Professional in appearance and presentation
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Able to file data quickly and accurately
  • Detail oriented
  • Good people skills
