Job description

Performs delegated tasks to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Rounds and assures patient safety practices
are followed. Reports concerns to nurse/leadership. Provides and documents care to patients in accordance with the treatment plan and
established SRH and Nursing Services Policies and Standard Work. Functions in a supportive role by communicating findings and resolving work related issues. Utilizes de-escalation and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) techniques. Monitors mental health behaviors and reports concerns to
nurse/leadership. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Department Director.
Special Qualifications
Associate Degree in Human Sciences.
