Job description

Is this you?
  • Do you enjoy dialing in CNC programs until parts run flawlessly?
  • Are you confident measuring to 0.001 inch with calipers and dial indicators?
  • Do you live by safety procedures and detailed documentation?

If so, join us producing threaded couplings that power the oil and gas industry.

Role focus
  • CNC operations: Operate industrial computer-controlled machines to cut metal to precise specifications; adjust programs for quality and throughput.
  • Tooling: Change carbide cutting tools using handheld tools; follow written SOPs without exception.
  • Data and interfaces: Use computer touch screens; record all measurements both on paper and electronically; input data into our database.
  • Inspection: Validate part quality using precision instruments (dial indicators, calipers) measuring in thousandths of an inch; use basic math for inspection calculations.
  • Shop support: Utilize air-powered tools and wrenches; operate a forklift when needed.
  • Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures, including Hazardous Energy Control Procedures.
Pay and rewards
  • Starting wage: $21.00/hour
  • Quarterly Incentive Bonus Plan after your probationary period

Schedule and conditions
  • 8–12 hour shifts on days and nights, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays

  • Non-climate-controlled industrial environment with fluctuating temperatures, noise, and potential exposure to hazardous materials
  • PPE provided and required at all times: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed work habits
  • Ability to perform manual labor and repetitively lift more than 25 lbs
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, or construction settings; comfortable with forklifts and precision inspection equipment
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred
