Work Location: Onsite position located in Phoenix and Flagstaff, AZ
Job Overview:
As a Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for supervision of field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research and project management.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supervision of field operations, technical and drafting staff, deed and map research, and project management.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate survey data into project plans.
  • Use advanced equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS, 3D scanners) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) to collect and analyze data
  • Responsible for boundary survey calculations, analysis, and final map checking, abstracting title data, and client relations.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Professional Licensed Surveyor
  • 10 years of progressive experience in the industry
  • 2+ years of experience after registration
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients

A reasonable estimate of the Base Salary for this role is $120,000 - $125,000 per year.
