Responsibilities include preparing and making bank deposits, completing bank reconciliations, managing internal accounts including purchase orders and checks, coordinating activity and fundraiser requests, approvals, and logistics, acquiring substitutes, processing in-county and out-of-county travel requests, submitting field trip bus requests, processing District funds including requisitions, purchase orders, and PTO forms, managing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes, processing monthly payroll and True Time submissions, maintaining Title I time and effort logs, placing warehouse orders, processing all credit card transactions, and performing other duties as assigned.
