Description

The FAcT Program Integration Lead serves as the central integration function for the FAcT Program and is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining program management frameworks that support consistent, auditable, and effective program execution.

Reporting to the FAcT Director through the FAcT Transition-In Manager, this role collaborates with multiple project and program stakeholders to integrate schedule, risk, cost, and performance information into a consolidated program view that supports governance, reporting, and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving governance frameworks, including program reviews, reporting processes, management plans, and reporting cadence.

  • Consolidating program-level information from multiple project teams to provide an integrated view of program performance, risks, schedules, and priorities.

  • Generating and maintaining internal and external Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reports, dashboards, metrics, and performance insights.

  • Partnering with project managers and program planners to ensure the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) supports reporting requirements, schedule analysis, critical path visibility, and management decision-making.

  • Coordinating program-level risk and opportunity management activities, including the consolidation of risks and opportunities across multiple projects.

  • Preparing management reports, dashboards, executive briefings, and program review materials.

  • Representing the FAcT Program in working-level meetings and workshops with external stakeholders, including the SkyAlyne PMO, to support alignment of planning assumptions, governance processes, reporting standards, and program management practices.

  • Monitoring program schedules and dependencies to support timely execution and transition between project phases.

  • Promoting standardization, continuous improvement, and effective project controls practices across the program.

  • Collaborating effectively within a matrix organization and engaging with project managers, engineers, program leadership, and external stakeholders.

This position may be based in Ottawa (Legget Drive) or Montreal (Cote-de-Liesse). Relocation support may be available.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with project or program management responsibilities.

  • Experience supporting large, complex programs in aerospace, defence, training, government, or other regulated environments.

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), and schedule performance analysis.

  • Experience consolidating cost, schedule, risk, and performance information into management reporting.

  • Experience supporting program-level governance, reporting processes, and executive reviews.

  • Proficiency with project management, scheduling, reporting, or project controls tools such as Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planisware, Jira, or equivalent software.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Level II (Secret) Government of Canada security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in program integration, project controls, PMO, risk management, or EVMS environments.

  • PMP certification or training/certification in EVMS, scheduling, risk management, or project controls considered an asset

  • Experience developing dashboards, automation solutions, or reporting efficiencies.

  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to automate reporting or business processes.

  • Experience preparing executive-level briefings and senior management presentations.

  • Experience working with external partners, customers, or government stakeholders.

Base Pay Range

Our total rewards package includes base pay and benefits, with final compensation determined by experience, skill, location, and internal equity.
