  • Receives all delivery orders from customers and exercise discretion;
  • Use judgment when relating to the customer requests, schedules and informing dispatch;
  • Enters all orders into Zac-Tranz software for dispatch - technical lines requires specialized training, experience or knowledge of transportation industry;
  • Comminicate customer delivery needs and appointment dates/times to customer and relate service requirements to dispatch.
