Job description

Ton rôle
À titre de coordonnateur(trice) aérien - import, tu seras le ou la référence pour l'ensemble des opérations d'importation aérienne. Tu assumeras la gestion complète des dossiers stratégiques, l'optimisation des coûts et des processus, ainsi que le maintien de relations solides avec les partenaires et clients clés. Tu joueras un rôle central dans la performance opérationnelle et la rentabilité du département import.
Tes responsabilités

  • Planifier, organiser et optimiser l'ensemble des opérations d'importation aérienne
  • Gérer des dossiers complexes (multi-origines, multi-transporteurs, marchandises spécifiques, délais critiques, etc...)
  • Négocier les taux et ententes contractuelles avec les transporteurs aériens, agents à l'étranger et autres partenaires logistiques
  • Analyser les structures tarifaires et assurer la rentabilité des dossiers (contrôle des coûts et des marges)
  • Superviser la conformité documentaire (B/L, manifestes, documents douaniers, etc...)
  • Assurer le suivi rigoureux des échéanciers, de l’arrivée des marchandises jusqu'à la livraison finale
  • Valider et approuver la facturation fournisseurs et clients
  • Agir comme personne-ressource pour l'équipe import et soutenir les coordonnateurs moins expérimentés
  • Résoudre les situations complexes (retards, litiges, dommages, frais imprévus)
  • Identifier et implanter des améliorations continues aux processus opérationnels
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les ventes et la direction afin de soutenir la croissance stratégique du département


Ton profil

  • 1 à 5 ans d'expérience en transport aérien international - import
  • Excellente connaissance des incoterms, processus douaniers et réglementations liés à l'importation
  • Expérience significative en négociation avec les transporteurs aériens et agents internationaux
  • Forte capacité d'analyse financière (marges, coûts, optimisation)
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Leadership naturel
  • Rigueur, autonomie et excellente gestion des priorités
  • Capacité à performer dans un environnement à volume élevé et sous pression
  • Orientation client et approche proactive en résolution de problèmes
