We develop and distribute footwear across a portfolio of iconic licensed brands including Nautica, Juicy Couture, Rockport, London Fog, Jones New York, and more. About the Role

Add operational support to manage factory coordination, purchase orders, invoicing, and profit tracking for our FOB import business. This role will reduce bottlenecks, improve accuracy, and ensure timely invoicing, collections, and shipment execution.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with factories and production teams to track open orders and shipments
  • Manage purchase orders and shipments in AS400, including cleanup of old POs
  • Invoice shipments and manage commissions and royalties
  • Track Internal Profit (IP) by validating sell price vs. total cost
  • Ensure all FOB shipping documentation is complete and accurate
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and upload required documents
  • Track customer payments and factory payments
  • Enter data into QuickBooks and assist with monthly reconciliations
  • Support customer onboarding related to pricing and commission structure
  • Work with IT to resolve system‐related issues

What You Bring

  • Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Experience with AS400 or similar ERP
  • Highly organized, detail‐oriented, and systems‐savvy
  • Understanding of FOB imports and margin concepts
