• Lead from the front by demonstrating strong sales skills, product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing ability.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales results, gross profit, F&I opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily sales meetings, individual coaching sessions, and ongoing performance development.
• Ensure every customer receives a world-class buying experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
• Partner with Finance, Service, and dealership leadership to achieve overall dealership objectives.
• Analyze market trends, inventory, and competitive activity to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and all state and federal regulations.
