Job description

Turn raw data into the insights that power travel loyalty for some of the world's biggest brands.
About the Role
As a Fabric Data Analyst I at arrivia, you'll design and maintain the Power BI reports and dashboards that surface insights from our Microsoft Fabric data platform, built against Fabric semantic models.
Your work matters because the reporting you deliver helps stakeholders across arrivia make faster, better-informed decisions every day.
You'll have real impact, translating ambiguous business questions into clear, accurate visualizations that teams across the company use to solve problems.
And it's a role you'll grow in, working hands-on with modern Microsoft Fabric technology and AI tools inside a data ecosystem that keeps evolving.
What You'll Own
  • Reporting and dashboards: Design, build, and publish Power BI reports that consume Fabric semantic models in DirectLake and Import modes.
  • Data modeling: Translate business needs into logical data models and intuitive, clearly labeled report layouts.
  • DAX and performance: Write and optimize DAX measures that power the KPIs the business relies on.
  • Stakeholder partnership: Gather, document, and refine reporting requirements alongside business partners.
  • Governance and security: Apply row-level and object-level security in semantic models to meet governance standards.
  • Data quality: Validate reports against source data so accuracy is never in question.
  • Self-service enablement: Create certified datasets and reusable templates that let teams answer their own questions.
  • Peer collaboration: Take part in peer reviews of reports, DAX logic, and model design, and share what you learn.
  • Cross-team problem solving: Present findings and partner across teams to turn data into decisions.
  • AI-enabled ways of working: Use AI tools to work smarter, sharpen your analysis, and speed up delivery.

What You'll Bring
We'd love to hear from you if you bring strength across several of these areas.
  • 1 to 3 years building Power BI reports and dashboards in a professional setting.
  • Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience, including data modeling, is required.
  • AI experience is required, with a track record of using AI tools in your work.
  • Working knowledge of DAX for measures, calculated columns, and time-intelligence functions.
  • Solid data modeling fundamentals such as star schema, relationships, and cardinality.
  • SQL to query relational sources and validate the data behind your reports.
  • Power Query and M for Import-mode transformations.
  • Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across teams to present data and solve problems.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience aligned with membership or loyalty programs is a huge plus.
  • DP-600 Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification is preferred, and required within 12 months of hire.

Benefits & Perks
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Exclusive employee travel rates
  • Travel discounts through arrivia programs
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company participation
