Job Title: Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of locker manufacturing and installation projects. This role requires exceptional communication with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal departments, driving successful outcomes from order intake through installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with customer deadlines and internal production capacity.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, general contractors, installers, and internal departments.
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders on project progress, changes, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate effective hand-offs between sales, engineering, production, and installation teams.
  • Execution & Monitoring:
  • Track project performance against established schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and installation teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Implement project tracking tools for visibility and accountability.

Risk & Issue Management:
  • Anticipate potential delays or obstacles and implement proactive solutions.
  • Manage scope changes, schedule adjustments, and budget impacts with transparency to stakeholders.
  • Budget & Cost Control:
  • Monitor project budgets, conduct cost analysis, and ensure projects remain financially viable.
  • Review invoices and manage change orders where applicable.
  • Quality & Compliance:
  • Ensure locker projects meet company quality standards, client expectations, and industry requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in project management, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or millwork. Experience in custom product manufacturing or large-scale installations is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel (25%).
Skills:
  • Proven success in managing complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
