Job description


  • Lead implementation teams and manage customer implementations, ensuring deliverables meet client SLAs, company standards, and operational objectives

  • Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams to identify process gaps, conduct operational reviews, and develop scalable implementation solutions

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using GXO Lean methodologies, including project management, gap analysis, performance measurement, and financial validation of savings

  • Manage escalations, customer communications, and executive presentations while ensuring successful resolution of operational issues and implementation challenges

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and lead high-performing implementation teams through hiring, onboarding, performance management, mentoring, and talent development


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, implementation, or supply chain operations

  • Experience leading cross-functional implementation or continuous improvement projects in a customer-focused environment

  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, operational process improvement, project management, and gap analysis

  • Experience managing teams, conducting performance evaluations, coaching employees, and building high-performing organizations

  • Strong communication, presentation, customer relationship, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills with experience working across Operations, IT, Engineering, and PMO teams

  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • Lean Certification (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) (preferred)

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics technology, and customer-facing implementation projects (preferred)
