DaytoDay Duties
  • Lead crossfunctional project teams to achieve scope, schedule, and budget targets.

  • Conduct daily standups, weekly status meetings, and milestone reviews with stakeholders.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to align expectations and resolve issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charters, change orders, lessons learned).
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to drive continuous improvement.
