Position Summary
Clinton Retirement Community seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to lead and provide hands on assistance with dining operations at our senior living community. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, service excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and budget management while creating a memorable dining experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily culinary and dining operations.
  • Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop culinary and dining staff.
  • Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and training team members.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor department budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate special events and collaborate with community leadership.
  • Review resident feedback and implement service improvements.

Qualifications
Minimum:
  • Associate Degree in a related field.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in senior living dining services.
  • Previous supervisory or CDM experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid South Carolina driver's license.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of Culinary management experience.
