A Brief Overview
Develops and manages detailed implementation plans to execute integrated DSNP benefit designs flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners. Creates and manages cross-functional project plan development and execution with a thorough understanding of the technical aspects and details of administration and ongoing maintenance of the integrated DSNP product.
What you will do

  • Establishes processes creating and managing cross-functional project plan development, implementation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of vendor benefits supporting our integrated DSNP offering.
  • Communicates team direction for solving customer needs, creating robust high-level business requirements, and delivering on product vision and strategy, taking into account system dynamics, and business implications, to produce optimal outcomes.
  • Elevates project risks, communicating anticipated roadblocks or potential delays, subsequently recommending alternative solutions and associated team responsibilities in a timely manner that allows for minimization of potential project delays or unanticipated costs.
  • Reviews State Medicaid Agency Contracts (SMACs) for impacts and develops an implementation plan to execute those contracts maintaining alignment with all state requirements.
  • Monitors for and reacts to state regulatory changes impacting integrated DSNP benefit offerings throughout the plan year.


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, primarily in Medicare Advantage, in any areas such as: product strategy, implementation, or operations with familiarity of Part C coverage and benefits
  • 3+ years of experience working with Special Needs Plans (SNP) benefits and cost sharing setup - specifically integrated special needs plans.
  • 3+ years cross-functional project management experience ensuring deliverables are completed within timelines and issues/risks are escalated and resolved/mitigated appropriately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to all levels within the organization
  • Proficient with navigating Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other computer-based applications/programs
  • Highly organized and detail oriented along with having strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Mastery of project management (PMP certification a plus)


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
