Travel: 10% or less

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Implementation Specialist for Consolidated Admin Services is to support the Consolidated Admin Services team with new client implementation and to support the implementation of new client services. The Implementation Specialist is involved in various administrative functions and special projects and assists with ensuring all new clients are implemented accurately and in a timely manner. The Implementation Specialist is an integral part of Consolidated Admin Services, ensuring new clients are implemented and transitioned to client service teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Enter intake information for new clients and existing clients adding services into the CRM, digital filing system, and project management tracking system
  • Update the project management system and service systems with information obtained during the implementation process
  • Set up standard plans and services in Wex Health, Wex COBRAPoint, and AbsenceSoft
  • Communicate with incoming clients and agents to ensure a seamless integration into their experience with CAS
  • Maintain organization of new groups via email and the digital filing system
  • Notify the Client Service teams once implementation is complete
  • Submit information to the applicable service specialists for client preferences and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge about the ongoing regulatory environment and changes, and how these impact services provided
  • Assist the sales team in coordinating agents and new client-specific requests that relate to implementing services with CAS
  • Ensure CRM, Premium Billing System, Consumer Driven Products System, LOA system all reflect accurate information for new opportunities
  • Use available resources to develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Represent CAS in a friendly and professional manner in-person, virtually, over the phone, and in writing
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, such as operations, sales, client relations, administrative support, customer service, human resources, or another related field preferred
  • Intermediate experience with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, e-mail management, and file management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presents a professional image
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others
  • Intermediate knowledge of services provided
