Join our Team as a SR. MANAGER IT ENTERPRISE INFRASTRUCTURE!
The Role:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Sr. Manager IT Enterprise Infrastructure who brings (enthusiasm, strong decision-making and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll manage and coordinate all IT enterprise infrastructure teams, projects, and daily operations to meet company needs while ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures for the design and implementation of networks and systems. You will provide oversight across a broad set of technical domains, including wired and wireless networks, physical and virtual compute, storage, backup, datacenter facilities, private cloud, network security, and public cloud. This role includes leading and mentoring administration teams, ensuring SLA compliance, managing incidents and escalations, delivering regular performance reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be responsible for supporting, scaling, securing, and optimizing production and development environments, while leading the design, architecture, and implementation of the organization's infrastructure platform. Additionally, you will drive operational excellence by enhancing the health and reliability of production services, enabling teams to meet performance objectives, and empowering them with self-service capabilities to effectively build, operate, and maintain services. Through these efforts, you will play a key role in delivering a stable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure environment that supports a world-class customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Direct and guide the delivery of key priorities across multiple business and technology stakeholders
  • Require strong communication to bridge between various Infrastructure and Application teams as well as an excellent ability to navigate within a background of relative ambiguity and constantly evolving technology needs
  • Follow and support corporate technology policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to this role. Identify and deploy new governances needs based on technology ecosystem evolution and change
  • Mentor, grow, and empower your teams by giving them the skills, confidence, and motivation to make decisions independently that lead to their personal and professional success, and enable them to become technical leaders
  • Lead network security technology infrastructure architectures in support of business and technical initiatives.
  • Drive and accelerate the roadmap towards modernization
  • Lead deep technical design discussions within your team, and across partner teams, and ensure that we are building the right systems and keeping the quality high.
  • Provide a strong technical and architectural vision for platforms, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Lead infrastructure lifecycle, improvement, and standardization strategies.
  • Develop internal SOPs, processes, documentation, and training to ensure that team members have the needed skills and tools to support the production environments and deliver on project commitments and develop and learn future skills to bring new technology needs to life for TMH
  • Drive vendors to achieve TMH's expectations concerning performance, reliability and other areas as appropriate.
  • Work to automate management tasks, streamline processes, and improve reliability, uptime, efficiency, consistency, and security throughout the infrastructure.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent Technical Certification and work experience
  • 10+ years of Information Technology management experience
  • 7+ years of experience with functional and technical aspects of IT support services and related infrastructure solutions, capabilities and technologies including the following: Virtualization (VMWare), Network Management, Hybrid Cloud Environments, SAN Storage, Project Management, and Cisco Telephony
  • Experience leading a high-performance team of technical resources to achieve consistent and measurable results
  • Deep talent management experience
  • Experience with managing partners in a hybrid managed services ecosystem
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to exhibit desirable and appropriate behavior including integrity, ability to get along with others, team playing industriousness, supportive communication, sense of urgency and confidentiality and independent judgement to provide for a cohesive working environment dedicated to achieving the organization's goals.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $133,605 - $171,290 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
