The Challenge

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about delivering software implementations and building excellent relationships with our customers. As a Project Coordinator you will own guided onboarding and small project success from start to completion. You will coordinate across Sales, Product, implementation and support to be an advocate for onetrust and the customer
Provide a clear journey and onboarding experience ensuring customer satisfaction. As the single point of contact you will manage engagement scope, resources and timelines. Providing clarity throughout to the customer.

You Will

As an implementation project coordinator you will:

  • Engagement lead for our "guided onboarding" & small projects
  • Provide clear & managed onboarding journey to the customer
  • Organize and provide Project Initiation, Kick Offs & Implementation Close
  • Plan creation, management & ongoing status reporting. Manage project scope, risks and issues.
  • Set clear prioritization, objectives & expectations with the customer
  • Drive project momentum from workshop initiation to completion with focus on adoption
You Are 

You are a hard working and determined individual used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You're an independent worker who is able to problem-solved and process information quickly. 
Your Experience Includes 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or other related field 
  • Good prioritization and time management skills 
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with a passion for technology 
Extra Awesome 
  • Project Management certifications e.g. PMI, Prince 2
  • Previous Project Coordination experience
  • SAAS Implementation experience
