Job description

The Director of Operations will lead a large team of 16+ members, driving company-wide strategic initiatives with a focus on process improvement and scalability. Reporting directly to the Owner/President and their assignees, this role requires expertise in managing internal projects such as brand identification, system implementation, business development, and talent acquisition. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in restaurant operations and a proven ability to build effective teams and optimize performance.  This particular position is a restaurant - applicant must have previous restaurant experience- preferably Culinary Experience 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a large operations team to meet organizational goals
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently in
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to scale and improve processes
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance across all operational areas
  • Oversee vendor relationships to maintain quality and cost control
  • Coordinate and drive internal projects focused on brand identity and system implementation
  • Recruit and hire qualified professionals to support business growth
  • Implement and observe action plans to enhance operational performance

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management
