Job description

Job Description Codeworks, a LRS Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strategic technology initiative for a contract position. This role will oversee the delivery of software development and testing services related to the design, build, and testing of integration adapters that enable partner applications to interact with a proprietary platform for end-to-end processing of private market orders and trades. The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and business objectives.

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage risks, coordinate resources, and drive successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective stakeholder communication. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively. Prepare and deliver project status reports and project documentation.

Serve as an escalation point for project-related issues and ensure timely resolution. Partner with Development Managers, Scrum Masters, Relationship Managers, Finance teams, and other stakeholders to support project success. Qualifications 8+ years of project management experience within technology, financial services, wealth management, or related industries.

Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Experience supporting software development projects and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

The base range for this contract position is $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations
