Local Candidates Only - W2 Only

The Principal, Technical Implementation leads the execution of complex, enterprise-level technology implementations in healthcare and academic research settings. This role serves as the primary technical and operational delivery lead for assigned implementation programs and is accountable for execution, risk management, and day-to-day client coordination.

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementation for assigned program(s)
  • Develop, manage, and maintain implementation plans, timelines and dependencies
  • Coordinate implementation activities across internal resources and external vendors
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for program-level delivery issues
  • Facilitate implementation oversight meetings, governance forums, and working sessions

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years of enterprise integration and implementation delivery
