We are looking for a Special Projects Coordinator to join our team in Carrollton, GA.  The Special Projects Coordinator will play a key role in the success of Mullins by driving operational efficiency through the development and execution of various special projects. The SPC reports to the Operational Projects Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from initiation to closure ensuring adherence to timelines and expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, deliverables, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively and drive project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues or roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gain buy-in for process changes and drive successful implementation across the organization.
  • Evaluate technology solutions and tools to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support the implantation of new systems or upgrades, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems.
  • Develop training materials, resources, and programs to build capacity and competency within the organization.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to employees at all levels, both individually and in group settings.
  • Assess training effectiveness and continuously refine training approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and inform decision-making. 
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.  
  • Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement across various aspects of the organization.  

Qualifications

  • Proficient in M365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Meticulous and self-motivated. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.  
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong customer service orientation. 
  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.
