Director, Supply Chain Operational Excellence Location: Bentonville, AR Position Summary The Director of Supply Chain Operational Excellence is responsible for driving operational excellence; including continuous improvement, change management, and large-scale projects to deliver value for associates, customers of the Non-Sort Fulfillment Centers (FC), Inbound Consolidation Centers (ICC), and Two-Tier sites. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end new capabilities, and optimizing network performance to support Walmart’s evolving supply chain. This leader operates at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering cross-functionally to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions while improving speed, capacity, throughput, service, productivity, and cost outcomes across the network.
