The Global Platform Expansion team is part of Global Talent & Learning’s Digital & Operational Transformation organization. The team drives the scaling of proven digital capabilities across markets and business segments to deliver consistent, sustainable enterprise value. Combining technology, product, user experience, market readiness, and change management, the team ensures effective platform implementation and lasting impact. This role supports global strategy and local execution by collaborating across functions and geographies to enhance adoption, inform expansion, and develop repeatable approaches that improve global scaling and operational standards.
