This role is accountable for the health of assigned projects, the development and effectiveness of Implementation Leads (ILs) and Implementation Specialists (ISs), and the overall client experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Through disciplined oversight in Certinia and close partnership with ILs, the IM ensures projects remain on track across timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Additionally, the IM strengthens team capability within AMS through coaching, onboarding support, and performance management, while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Project Coordinators (PCs), and internal stakeholders to drive a seamless client journey. Success in this role requires sound judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to balance client needs, team capacity, and business priorities.
Compensation | $125,000–$150,000+ base salary, plus incentive compensation

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery Phase: Monitor risks, track timesheets, support ILs/ISs, coordinate resources, and ensure completed client sign-offs.
  • Build Phase: Oversee execution, monitor project risks and timelines, ensure updates in Certinia, and coordinate additional resources as needed.
  • Ongoing Responsibilities: Monitor weekly project health, track scope, risk, and resourcing, and proactively escalate concerns.

Scope & Change Management

  • Partner with ILs to identify and manage scope changes and resource impacts.
  • Assess resource needs, additional parties, ISV involvement, and workflow adjustments.
  • Ensure all impacts to timelines, budgets, and resourcing are documented, communicated, and approved.

Administrative & Personnel Leadership

  • Staff Scheduling & Allocation: Approve timesheets, manage team schedules, ensure project coverage, and monitor utilization trends.
  • Performance Management: Conduct reviews and feedback sessions, set goals, and provide coaching to Implementation Leads (ILs) and Implementation Specialists (ISs).
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Participate in hiring, lead onboarding, and reinforce role readiness and implementation best practices.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain certifications, track skills, ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
  • Leave & Attendance: Approve PTO and monitor attendance patterns.
  • Employee Relations: Address concerns or conflicts, promote engagement, and reinforce Accordant values.

Indicators of Success

  • Projects stay on track with minimal surprises.
  • Risks are identified and addressed early.
  • ILs and ISs grow in capability and confidence.
  • Clients experience structured, well-governed implementations.
  • Documentation and Certinia hygiene are consistently maintained.
  • Cross-functional partners receive proactive and clear communication.
