The Implementation Manager will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Client Experience to ensure new business is implemented accurately, efficiently, and in a way that sets the foundation for long-term client success. Day to day, this manager will lead individual implementations, coach team members, and translate the department's strategy into repeatable, on-the-ground execution. Experience in retirement, recordkeeping, wealth technology, or workplace benefits is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including plan onboarding, employer setup, plan build, and launch readiness across the WealthPlus platform.

  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing client-facing, onboarding, or implementation team members.
  • Proven experience executing implementation processes, onboarding programs, conversion workflows, service standards, KPIs, and escalation processes, and managing client relationships.

Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans, recordkeeping, workplace benefits, fintech operations, or wealth technology platforms.

  • Strong project management, process design, and operational problem-solving skills, with experience working to KPIs, SLAs, service standards, playbooks, and escalation workflows.
