Not only promoting products or providing advices to corporate clients, but products development and planning to enhance services and products are also the unit's focus. GTBD liaises with its H.O. in Tokyo and also various product departments, is hub function for all cash and treasury management products and services in US market, Canada, Mexico and Brazil and also is providing supports to Japanese and US corporate clients.<\/span>

  • Implementation of online banking system to corporate customers:<\/span>

  • Confirm customer's subscribing services and settings using variety of systems<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Communicate with customer to clarify their needs for CMS and each services<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Handling CMS related service agreements and registration forms; this includes creation, delivery and collection to\/from customer and process for service registration<\/span>

  • Assist customers for initial setup and testing<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide initial training to customers for online services<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create a log for received agreements and store it for internal record<\/span>

  • Provide support to customers and troubleshoot CMS related issues<\/span>
