    In this role, you will be an efficient leader who drives the successful delivery of the Ariel EAS solution to our clients. You will manage a multidisciplinary implementation team and take overall accountability for delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations within planned deadlines.     • Present and promote the Ariel EAS software solution to clients, representing their needs to the Product Development team

    • Coordinate implementation teams and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery

    • Manage priorities and ensure high-value deliverables that meet client expectations

    • Plan and control project scope based on contract requirements and maintain the Requirements Traceability matrix

    • Identify and mitigate risks, providing proactive solutions to problems as they arise

    • Provide concise requirements for custom gaps to the product team

    • Lead the transition to the support team and ensure clients fully understand the delivered solution

    You have

    • 7+ years of experience in Defined Benefits-related implementations, such as workflow management system implementation or administrative process automation

    • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex software solutions

    • Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation and project management principles

    • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including project managers and product development teams

    • Experience presenting technical solutions to clients and stakeholder

    • Strong English language proficiency with the ability to speak and present effectively to clients

    • Availability to travel up to 20% as needed for client meetings and project requirements

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $113,000

    Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
