We are seeking a General Manager (GM) for our Ross Downing CDJR Dealership who will be responsible for overseeing all dealership operations, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and driving profitability. The GM will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals, manage financial performance, and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Provide strategic leadership to all dealership departments, including sales, service, parts, and finance.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
    • Set clear performance expectations and implement development plans for staff.
  • Operational Management:
    • Ensure the dealership operates efficiently and effectively, meeting all performance metrics and standards.
    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking vehicles.
