-Driving consistent adoption of performance practices including reflections, career conversations and team alignment sessions
-Enabling talent processes such as succession planning, development planning and capability uplift
-Supporting People Partners through education and training to build confidence in delivery and data-driven decision making

This role is also instrumental in embedding cornerstone solutions such as MPACT, ensuring sustained adoption and value realization within LAM and NAM.
